Information Literacy and Writing Programs: Collaborating Toward the Future

January 9-10, 2015 | Illinois Wesleyan University

Bloomington IL

This year’s conference will meet on the campus of Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington IL. Since our theme is collaboration, we invite SLAC members to share this conference opportunity with interested librarians on their campuses. We have arranged reduced hotel rates at the Marriott Hotel in uptown Normal, IL, a mile from IWU’s campus. (The Marriott provides free transportation between CIRA, Central Illinois Regional Airport, and the hotel.) Conference registration fee ($90) includes Friday night reception and dinner, held at the Marriott, and breakfast, lunch, and snacks on Saturday on IWU’s campus. Transportation between the hotel and IWU is also included.

Contact Mary Ann Bushman (mbushman@iwu.edu) for further information. See the Call for Participation at http://sites.davidson.edu/slacwpa/2015-conference-call-for-participation-2/.
