Key responsibilities include conducting faculty training workshops, overseeing instructional design projects, and contributing to the Thorpe Center's strategic initiatives for assisting faculty. The role also requires staying current with emerging educational trends and technologies, promoting accessibility and universal design principles, and fostering innovation in teaching practices across the university.

Instructional Technologist
The Instructional Technologist provides support to faculty and staff for academic technology. They assume a lead role or a consultative role in the development of digital instructional materials and the training of faculty and staff in various technologies (like Canvas Studio). This role provides highly individualized service and support for faculty instructional technology needs.
