Group Study Rooms

group study roomSixteen group study rooms of varying size are available on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. Seating is for 4-10 people, depending on the size of the room. 

Each room has a large table, network access for laptops, and a large whiteboard. These rooms are available for reservation. Users must use a valid iwu.edu email account to reserve a room.  

Rooms may be booked:

  • In 60 minute increments
  • Up to 4 hours per day
  • Up to one month in advance.

Please be mindful of your belongings. Any items left in unattended study rooms for more than 30 minutes will be taken to the Library Services Desk. Items can be retrieved by showing your IWU ID and providing a brief description on the item(s). Out of courtesy for all library users, please do not hold study rooms by leaving your personal items. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will lose your room booking.
