He started his coaching career at IWU as graduate assistant coach and then offensive coordinator and quarterback coach from 2006-2010. Williamson returns to Bloomington after 15 seasons at the helm of the Roosevelt University football program.
Melissa Valenzuela has been named IWU's inaugural flag football coach and will begin the work of building Illinois Wesleyan's 27th intercollegiate sport.
