Titans Hiring Titans: Kelly Scott Madison Alumni Employ Three 2024 Grads

Faced with nearly 300 applications for positions at Kelly Scott Madison this summer, president of the marketing agency Chad Maxwell '02 made an effort to ensure an impartial hiring process by redacting certain details. Nevertheless, half of the openings were filled by 2024 graduates from his alma mater, Illinois Wesleyan University.

Yoga will return on Monday, Sept. 9, with Kim Hayes from Blooming Life Yoga Studio. We will continue with Mondays and Thursdays from 12:15-12:50 p.m. in the Niepagen South Classroom in the Shirk Center.

Norma Jean Criley, retired IWU biology professor, passed away Aug. 6, 2024. Her late husband Bruce Criley was the chair of the IWU biology department and their son Mark Criley was a philosophy professor at IWU. The Criley Endowment Fund was created to support student research in biology to honor Norma and Bruce. An obituary is available here.
