More than 100 Illinois Wesleyan University students participated in summer internships this year, gaining experience in fields ranging from legal work to animal care.

The third annual Sikma Hall of Fame Invitational will bring men's basketball teams from Ohio Wesleyan University, University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and the University of Wisconsin-Stout to the Shirk Center to play the Titans from Friday to Saturday, Nov. 10-11.

Wellness Corner

Wellness Yoga is making a return this fall on Monday, Sept. 11. This year we have the owner of Blooming Life Yoga Studio sharing her practice of yoga with our IWU community. Kim Hayes will teach on Mondays and Thursdays from 12:15-12:50 p.m. in the Shirk Center's Niepagen South Classroom. 

 

The benefits of yoga include gaining peace of mind, increased metabolism, improved digestion, more oxygen to the brain, increased arm strength and flexibility. Why not give it a try? Lets fill the classroom!
