Karla J. Bailey-Smith, Scene Shop Supervisor.  Karla has a BFA in Theatre- Design/Tech from IWU (1990) and an MFA in Scenic Design from the University of Illinois (1993). She was a member of United Scenic Artists and worked as a scenic artist for film, television and theatre in and around New York from 1994-2000. Karla lived in London, UK until January 2010, when she relocated to Bloomington to marry her long time best friend. While in London, Karla worked primarily as a painter and decorative artist. She has a business called Artistic Answers and continues to do interior and decorative painting.
